Dilemma of dibursement of Bonus for FY 2012-2013 employees


On announcement of profit by the company the Board of Management (BOM) has also announced bonus for FY 2012-2013 to Management, Non-Management, PSO Direct Contractuals (ACCA Trainees,TDP Trainees)and HRSG Contractuals which has been paid to all permanent and PSO Direct Contracrual employees but remains unpaid to HRSG employess. Since year 2010 If the Company announces the profit after auditor's report it is paid all permanant, PSO Direct Contractual & HRSG Employees. Nobody is going to answer why this discrimination has been done. I ask After working hard Why HRSG employees always face this type of demotivation when it comes for getting any rewards, No matter how late we sit but if we come late to office its like committing a crime. Why no one thinks about increasing inflation rates at the time of our increment instead of increase the percentage they are decreasing the percentage of increment. There is medical dispensary but there are no medicines for HRSG Employees, Why?, Arent we human beings?
